What a wonderful experience working with Jennifer, I could not have asked for anything more for our first-time home buying experience!! We were SO grateful to have found her, she is extremely knowledgeable about the NELA area, consistently found us great open houses to visit, and worked hard to keep our offers competitive. Jennifer was always available to answer questions, and when she wasn't able to answer some of our loan-related questions, she very quickly found people who could. She really went the extra mile, and cared about finding the right fit for us, no matter how long it took! In addition to the top notch professional qualities, Jennifer is just such a lovely and positive person, which is really important when going through the ups & downs of finding the right house. She kept our spirits up when we were getting discouraged, and got just as excited as we did when we found a great prospect...she really made it a fun experience! During our escrow, Jennifer worked hard to get our inspections done within the next couple of days to make sure we could stay competitive with a shorter escrow period. She was there for inspections, even when we couldn't be because of work schedules, and explained everything in detail, and then was able to negotiate to get us a considerable credit towards repairs. Jennifer made this whole experience so smooth & FUN! I would recommend her 100%!! (less)
